Carved, one by one
Every spoon starts as a split log on the carving bench. We follow the grain with the knife rather than cutting across it, which makes the tools stronger and gives each one its own pattern.
Olive wood with a food-safe oil. Wash by hand and dry straight away; no dishwasher. A little olive oil from time to time keeps the wood from drying out.
Each tool is 30 to 32 cm long. Set of 4 (slotted spoon, spatula, stirring spoon, ladle) or 6 (adds a fork and a small spoon, 38 JOD). Initials burnt into the handles at no extra cost.
Pieces made to order take 1 to 2 weeks from the day you approve the sketch; ready-to-order pieces are made in the next free slot in the workshop. We deliver anywhere in Jordan for a flat 3 JOD and carry large pieces into the room for you. We send photos while we work, and a message the day before delivery.
