Terms

About these terms

These terms apply when you buy tools, order a handmade piece or book a meeting through the Sanai3i website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Prices and orders

Prices are in Jordanian dinars (JOD) and include any taxes that apply. Delivery is a flat 3 JOD anywhere in Jordan. Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

Payment

You can pay with PayPal or a card through PayPal. Cash on delivery is available in Amman only.

Handmade and custom pieces

Handmade pieces vary slightly in grain, colour and size: that is part of their character. For custom pieces, we start once you approve the sketch, sizes and price; the lead time we agree is an estimate and we keep you updated.

Returns and damaged items

Returns and damaged items are covered by our shipping and returns policy.

Visits for maintenance or a viewing

Visits are by appointment only. If you need to cancel, please let us know so we can offer the time to someone else.
