Who we are
Sanai3i is a woodworking and metalwork workshop in Amman, Jordan. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Orders: your name, phone, email and delivery address, and what you ordered.
- Bookings: your name, phone, email, the address for the visit, the time you chose and any note you add.
- Messages: what you send us through the contact or partners form.
- Your account, if you create one: your login details and order history.
How we use it
We use your details only to deliver your order, confirm and remind you of a booking, reply to your messages and keep the records the law asks us to keep. We never sell your details or share them for advertising.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal. We don’t see or store your card number. Cash on delivery orders are paid to our driver.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site, your cart and your login working. With your permission, we also use cookies that show us which pages are useful. You can choose “Essential only” in the cookie notice.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as Jordanian law requires, and messages and bookings for up to two years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 14 days.
